I first attended massage school in Santa fe, nm, in 1990. I graduated from there with 750 hours of class time and clinic time. I returned to juneau, where i worked for the wonderful lillian ruedrich at body harmonics...i am lucky enough to still have a few folks from those early years!

I attended Heartwood institute and studied polarity therapy with Bruce Burger.

I am a Reiki master in three systems.

I have massage cupping certifications I and II.

i have since worked around the world and learned several more modalities. I love it just as much now as i ever did, and still try to learn something new in every session. I love it that after 20 years, i am not bored or feel like i have mastered the thing!

I have been a member of the AMTA for many years. I was licenced in alaska the year licensing passed into law.

I passed the national certification exam several years ago.
